We understand that every event’s video needs are a little different, but we also understand that you need some ballpark numbers to help you move forward. Here are some of our basic services with general pricing.
From simple one camera coverage and presentation capture to a full multi-camera show with pre-produced sizzle videos, speaker introductions, lower thirds and live streaming, we can make your main-stage presentations professional and memorable.
The price for a Main Stage production can vary greatly, but will start as low as $3000/day for great coverage!
Main Stage
From $3,000 -$15,000
Breakout room presentation capture can be a daunting task, especially if you have new presentations happening every hour throughout the entire day. General room coverage will range from $500-$1500/day per room.
Breakout Rooms
From $500-$1,500
Capturing and creating content to promote your convention for future years is a great way to get vendors and speakers excited to be a part of your Event. Whether you need someone there the whole time capturing important moments or if you just need someone to come down for a couple hours, we can help you out.

THE ONE MAN BAND
Are you on a tight budget, but still need video coverage of your event?
With the One Man Band package, we will consult with you and see what can be accomplished at your convention with one highly talented videographer and some assistance of “set it and forget it” breakout room coverage.
This coverage has ranged from all day mainstage coverage to multiple breakout rooms and highlight video coverage.
This package is $1500/day
